How to Delete Your Data

According to Facebook Platform rules, Beauty Box provides a Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. If you want to delete your activities for Beauty Box, you can remove your information by following these steps:

1. Via Facebook Settings

1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Look for Apps and Websites and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
3. Search and tap Beauty Box in the search bar.
4. Scroll and tap Remove.
5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.

2. Permanent Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your Beauty Box account and all associated data from our servers (including saved batch codes and preferences), please follow these steps:

• Send an email to [email protected]
• Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
• In the body of the email, please provide the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request and delete all your personal data from our databases within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
